Kthelle

The Kthella Administrative Unit consists of the villages: Perlat, Prosek, Katundi i Vjetër (Troje), Shebe, etc. Perlati was one of the centers of Dukagjin. The famous general of Skenderbeu, abbot Pjetër Perlati, was from there. The Necropolis of Prosek is known for the arboretum culture cemetery, the exhibits of which were found in the Museum of Rrëshen.
